Bio
Abey has completed his MA, MPhil, and PhD from the Centre for Historical Studies (CHS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi. He specialises in the social history of Jain-Buddhist Traditions in Kerala. Before joining Christian College, he taught as an Assistant Professor(on contract) at Department of History, University of Calicut, 2019. Abey also worked as a Research Assistant at Kerala Council for Historical Research 2018-19. He is Awarded the Junior Research Fellowship by the Indian Council for Historical Research for the year 2015-16 on the basis of written test and interview.
