Dr. Ancy Elezabath John , Assistant Professor of English at Christian College, Chengannur, Kerala. She has eleven years of teaching experience. Graduation in B.A English Literature from St.John’ college,Kerala, pursued M.A , M.Phil and P.hd from Gandhigram Rural University, Dindigul, Madurai. Her areas of interest include Cultural Studies and Aboriginal Literature. Her research area includes Aboriginal historical narratives as counter discourse :A study of select Australian texts. She has presented research papers in Conferences at National and International level and has chaired sessions and served as resource person in National and International conference on Cultural studies. Besides, she has published books on the topics Indigenous Cultural Concerns and Aboriginal Literature: Counter Historical Narratives of Australia.
